It was either Cash Shop or nothing. Because when we tried to get more ways for months...we boiled it down to CS...There was a slim chance in hell they'd
give it again via vet rewards. I personally suggested an in-game craftable thing for it, may cost millions...but you see
these race appearance changers in CS in many MMO's so it's not really out of the ord. here but still eh.

I fully support skin and eye color change via the Aesthetician. Your diet, your way and place of living - they could totally affect your skin color, especially in a fantasy game. And I haven't yet even mentioned all the magic and technology we come into contact with in the game. Perhaps limit skin color changing to once every 30 days, for a sense of realism. Eye color - well, contact lenses. Or just simply magic. There are ways to explain it for all the lore folk too, I'm sure.

This argument is never fun. It's always "MAXIMUM FREEDOM FANTASY" people vs. "I actually enjoy suspension of disbelief in my videogames" and people throwing around a bunch of sloped arguments in order to make themselves sound right. I don't think you should be able to change your skin color for the same reason you can't change your facial structure, height, eye color or anything else to that degree.
