imo you shouldn't be able to change on a whim, but the option is there in the store if people want to change that badly.

I think its pretty crap the pc have a hue adjustment tool and ps3 and 4 dont i feel this need to be added i tired of making new characters to get the skin right i have no problem pay for fansia but the instanced based back roung and how i will look are to far of not to mention i dont get to wear my gear while changing so the only time i would even concider using one would be for a race chane nice job shafting the ps4 playres square._.
