    Warrior and Berserker are two different jobs in the FF lore so Berserker is still on the table imo ^^. Berserker could possibly be worked into the lore of Heavensward too, it depends on how much time the developers have on making new classes but I think the Berserker quest giver would fit in well with the atmosphere of Heavensward.

    Are you talking about the NPCs that are part of the job quest lines? That doesn't really count as they are the ones that taught us to become the jobs. The average, everyday citizen of Eorzea cannot become one of the jobs at the moment. There are multiple job stones out in the world, but they seem to be fairly controlled by small groups or simply rare. Add in the fact that the job stones are basically alive and choose to whom they grant powers, I don't see the public becoming the jobs any time soon.

    Regarding the need for pre-30 Tanks, perhaps there is a workaround for that. Have the Gladiators and Marauders remain unchanged until 30, at which point you can undergo their own quests, which sacrifice Enmity bonuses for additional damage, and chaNing certain abilities (perhaps even giving them Job Crystals of their own?).

    Like I said, I just think they're too interesting to leave in the past. Maybe even pull inspiration from their 1.0 counterparts, such as the Conjurer being more Nature-oriented, to give them more unique themes.

    They all have such nice lore and background behind them. Kind of wish you can continue their story-lines and hang out with these Class NPCs.

    I could see the Marauder becoming a Viking (2H Axe DPS job), they already have the "sea-born" kind of background and would fit better than say a Berserker.

    A while back people wanted thief to be a 2nd job extension of rogue, but the problem is that they would more or less have the same fundamental gameplay as ninja since they both draw from rogue skills. They only got away with this in regards to SCH/SMN is because they're completely different roles, but that comes with it's own problems (you cant really buff SMN without buffing SCH, and vice versa).

    make it so with the stones the classes such as
    I have some odd ideas. and please they are just ideas but some of them could work
    Marauder becomes Marauder DPS with the stone
    Gladiator becomes Gladiator DPS with the stone
    Conjurer becomes Conjurer DPS with the stone

    Lancer becomes Lancer Tank with the stone <--I think this one could really work well if they put thought into it
    Pugilist becomes Pugilist Tank with the stone <--this one might work well too
    Rogue becomes a dancer esque buffer DPS role like from FFXI with the stone
    Thaumaturg becomes debuffer/DPS with the stone
    Arcanist becomes erm....sure they could become another healer but they already do with SCH.


    not sure what exactly you would do with the rest

    I'm not sure I agree with the specific changes you mentioned, such as monk losing positioning bonuses etc, but I definetly agree with the concept. I would very much like to see classes being viable options for play again, and anything that adds more choices to which class/job you can play as is good in my eyes. So yes, my support is added to this. Have my like, Sir!

    no actually it isn't they don't have to make the base class stones exactly like the job stones they could make it so that the stone overrides the bonuses which is what they should have done in the first place. or they could just make the base class stones bring the stats of the class up to par with the job making the class something people would use again
