Well, that's exactly the reason why I have two different accounts on the first place (as I said in my previous posts).
Basically, when I try to buy something with my game account (that is the account associated with FF14) I ALWAYS end up getting that error.
Obviously I contacted SE Store and they told me that error comes up when you try to buy something from a non-european country.
They asked me to check my IP and address.
Since they are both italians (I don't use any proxies and/or VPNs) I just tried to order from another PC, with a different IP and a different browser.
Same problem.
I contacted customer care once again and they ultimately suggested me to create a new account from scratch.
I did what they said: different ID, different email, but SAME IP, browser, PC and address.
... and that worked!
So, basically, try to do the same too. ^^

Please allow us to clarify about pre-orders for the PlayStation versions of Heavensward in Europe.
Previously, Grekumah stated that while the digital versions of Heavensward are not yet available to pre-order on the PlayStation Network (both PS3/PS4) they will be available in the future.
Please bear in mind that this is referring to North America specifically.
On our end, we are currently working with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to launch pre-orders for the digital PS3/PS4 version of Heavensward (including pre-order bonuses) on the PlayStation Store too.
We will be sure to follow up with further information as soon as it's available.
Hi. I understand that Heavensward comes with 1 month free subscription. Does this apply to existing customers or just new customers only?
Only the bundle version comes with 30 days free (buying the main game AND Heavensward in the same pack) and that'll only be for new service accounts too as the 30 days is always a free trial for new accounts. The expansion itself doesn't add any free game time:

Well its not really a trial if your already playing the game and it is labeled as a expansion not a stand alone game but for anyone interested the combo pack with ffxiv and heavensward isn't really worth it as you don't get early access code better to just buy them separately to get all the bonuses.
Finally successfully pre-ordered game, thanks to the suggestions, I created a new account, and this time I paid with my credit card instead of paypal!I keep getting this error when I check out.
We are unable to process your request at this time. The customer support has already been informed about this situation and will get in touch with you if necessary. (Error ID: 5002)
Anyone met the same issue? I need help, it's been like this from yesterday.
I'm in overseas, so I did use VPN to access with my account's region IP address. But my old account is still being blocked, I will wait to see if support team can do anything for me...
is there a date on when we should log into the website to input the keys?
