    Appreciate the response. Just to recap - this isn't a previous purchase from earlier in the week. I didn't previously receive a code. This is a brand new purchase (my first ever on the SE store) made today, Thursday the 19th, at 1:19PM EST. I received the confirmation e-mail immediately, clicked the link to unlock the code on my product page, went to the special Heavensward pre-order page, and entered the code. It said the code had been used. Using spaces or underscores simply makes it say "invalid code." I can provide screenshots/order numbers/the actual code or whatever.

    I did contact the NA support site but that was, as of now, 6 hours ago. I know, not the longest wait time, but I would have assumed that the already used code bug would be fixed going forward as well. It clearly hasn't been.
