Digital CE Preorder Codes Still Broken - NA Store (3/19/15)

I figured I'd make this post for anyone who held out like me to wait until everything settled down. I decided to grab the digital CE today from Square's NA store, unlocked the code in my product page, went to enter it and got the already used message. I tried the tricks from Reddit about entering the dashes as spaces/underscores but not even that worked. Support is incredibly difficult to reach so I figured I would at least post this here as an update/warning that if you plan to buy the digital CE from the store you're still going to experience the same troubles as a few days ago.

I should have waited for Amazon to start selling it.

The code you received previously should have been refreshed after the fix was put into place. Have you checked your store page to confirm you're still seeing the old code? If you're still having trouble, please contact the NA Store support team for assistance.

Appreciate the response. Just to recap - this isn't a previous purchase from earlier in the week. I didn't previously receive a code. This is a brand new purchase (my first ever on the SE store) made today, Thursday the 19th, at 1:19PM EST. I received the confirmation e-mail immediately, clicked the link to unlock the code on my product page, went to the special Heavensward pre-order page, and entered the code. It said the code had been used. Using spaces or underscores simply makes it say "invalid code." I can provide screenshots/order numbers/the actual code or whatever.

I did contact the NA support site but that was, as of now, 6 hours ago. I know, not the longest wait time, but I would have assumed that the already used code bug would be fixed going forward as well. It clearly hasn't been.

I'd cover up more of the code if I were you. Just to be on the safe side. People make algorithms with old codes and bits of codes so it's often a bad idea to share even a single character of it. Would suck if it really had been used by the time you found out this got resolved after all.
