Try using MMII whenever you can while following the rotations I provided. You should quickly understand why it is more powerful than Waste Not II. CP is the most important stat, so Trick of the Trades is the most important skill. And you cannot use it during Waste Not II. My rotations can be greatly optimized, but the adaptations are situation dependent. Consequently it's really hard to make them appear correctly in a guide. You'll eventually figure it out yourself one day. But having a base rotation to start is a good point.
