I always foe at p3. Our blm triple flares. Are you sure the whm needs mp in p3? Ours definitely doesn't, even with solo healing p1 to let the sch dps. I do ballad in p4 tho, if he needs it.

Our group is fairly new to T12, so both healers are healing hard in the first few phases, so when phase 3 hits (bennus?) their MP is at about half, and that phase has massive aoe dmg; cure III seems to be very necessary at this point so I pre-emptively ballad to make sure they don't run low.

Cure III should not be needed in phase 3. It also doesn't have to be very healing intensive for the WHM if the SCH is healing too. As WHM there I personally only cast Medica 2 on party (timing the first one after either first or second AoE hits depending on party HP) and keep regen up on both tanks, then focus on Cure 1s (and 2s when needed / freecure) on tanks when needed. Medica 2 does very nice HoT on whole party between the AoEs. I only cast Medica 1 if the group is for any reason at low HP right before AoE.

Sorry for hijacking your topic, but what is the group dps supposed to be so we can push to third phase with four bennus? Maybe I can finally convince my static to make the SCH do bluefires instead of me.

Our group uses LB on boss in phase 2 (it's LB1 I think...might be LB2, not sure and can't check now) and we're close to 3 bennus (usually get 4). We get 1 blackfire set in phase 1 and move to phase 2 when 2nd set is about to appear.
