I guess for me it comes down to:

I like people for who they are, not what they are.

I meet a Male Miqo'te or a Female Lalafell and the first thought that runs though my head is not 'omg are they really a guy/girl', it's 'this person is cool and I like them'. I can honestly say I have friends in game and I know their character, and I call them 'he' or 'she' based off what their character in game is, but I could care less if they are really a guy or girl in real life. In some instances I don't know what their real gender is and guess what, this might be a shock... I don't care.

If they want to tell me that's fine and up to them, but I honestly don't care. I like them for them, their personality and the way they act and treat others in game. Who cares who or what they are, as long as they are a good person they are fine with me.
