    So it's a sexual thing, wanting to see your toon as the opposite sex as your rl self? If that's the case fully immerse yourself in the game and find someone of your opposite sex irl and plays their same gender in their toon and get to know them. Far more enjoyable that way. Besides, isn't ffxiv meant to be a social game?

    Some of us just prefer the male armors and weapons to the sexualised female counterparts. After all, we lady dragoons have a silly hole cut out of the belly area. Even on my adorable little Lalafell the gear feels over sexual for females.

    Coincidentally, this is why I play as a Lalafell and glamor all of my gear to something which can be both cute and modest at the same time. What I am curious to know is why you are so focused on players being their own gender. Surely the whole idea of having fun is to do it in your own way. Games are a form of escapism after all.
