For people who pre-ordered the physical Heavensward, is there a digital CE upgrade available?

Same here, but I'm hoping for the physical or download version of the standard copy, not bothered about the CE version

While the digital versions of Heavensward are not yet available to pre-order on the PlayStation Network (both PS3/PS4) they will be available in the future. Don't worry, pre-ordering them will also grant access to the pre-order bonuses that other versions have as well. We'll announce more details as we get closer to the pre-order dates!

It doesn't really answer why they aren't being sold on the SE store, but at least we can rest assured it will definitely be on PSN at a later date.

i'm facing a major problem here, from the start i had little choice but to be tied to the EU region of the game because of where i am located and therefore now i can only purchase the expansion from the EU store however as i'm located in asia, its not within the Service Region as stated when i tried to make payment and even if using a VPN would only allow me to bypass the proxy however credit card details would not be accepted....!!!!
i'm IN A MAJOR CRISIS!!!! can someone from SE pls reply???
i really do not wanna miss out on the CE of the Physical Copy of Heavensward!!!!!!! *disgruntled*

If it's that urgent contact customer service from the store instead of posting here. You'd have more chances to get a fast reply.

At the moment, I think I am more bothered about when the PS4 version for EU/UK will show up on the stores. It's alright if they appear on Wednesday, as that is a normal PS Store update day, which will make sense overall, but this best be the case since I'm active subscriber for this game, plus I won't be buying the Physical CE, digital probably is more likely for me, but not Physical.

I'm wondering if the CE for physical and/or digital will be available from outlets like Amazon. So far all I see there is the standard editions. They had the CE (both digital and physical) for 2.0 and I was hoping they'd be carrying 3.0 as well.
