Anyone else think this doesn't have anything to do with trolls?

The most cynic players play the most. They are unable to act rationally, their hatred so deep yet they can't quit either. SOmehow, they've become addicted of this crappy game in it's crappy state. That takes some skill.
I on the other hand, will be screwed! No access to PC until September. Baw.
This forum doesn't have very many trolls, despite what people say.
It has a lot of complainers for sure, but not many trolls.
Peach Parfait/Khulan Angura on Gilgamesh
This change will definitely not wipe out the trolls, but it will decrease their number for sure. Lots of them don't even have characters, those trolls will be going bye-bye.
We get memos?... Nobody's ever sent me a memo...
P.S. Yes, thank you everyone for pointing out that the dedicated troll can log in for a minute to retain their forum access to troll. Nothing's ever perfect but all of these things are a step in the right direction and you'll note are all very valid and effective means of preventing trolls from posting in a setting where this game is P2P, which, don't forget, it will be eventually. Just because certain things don't make sense or aren't fully effective right this minute doesn't mean they won't at some point in the not so distant future.
Good move SE!
First, it's a Troll-Killer feature and this community need this pill! ( I can't stand trolls here .. )
Second, it's a indirect effort to put the trolls log into game, do something, and see what the game REALLY is. ( Not just trolls around without login to the game )
Third, SE will get some boost in active players because some troll might need to log so they can troll here again. ( But I wonder how many of them willing to do )
I bet the trolls here are lazy enough to load super-patch since last year.
/hug SE for this move!
