I would say Rank50..
and btw. If you know the "Problem", what about beeing constructive? Complaining is just another word for Trolling, imho.
----------------------------
Interim solutions are for pansies.

Just another comment, without any logical way of thinking...let me also make one:
should i correct your signature, or are you getting the 5 mistakes yourself?
That is something which is not constructive. Constructive would be, if i actually would told you the mistakes. That would be a definition you can handle?
But thank you for confirming the general opinion of the FFXI Community, that the NA Forum is packed with Trolls. Beside that, i like how you made a Character just for this Thread, which shows that you have some good kind of humor, but actually lack arguments. No offense at all... i like this Forum anyways for the good laughs i have.
EDIT: Maybe i should note, that this is a sarcasm post. lol

the thing alot of people seem to be overlooking is there's thousands of people that have quit the game until they feel it's gotten better. so we are saying those that took a break no longer have the chance to come in and take a look at the forums for a game they are waiting to improve nor have any way to express their opinion on what it would take for them to return.
to me this sounds counter productive since the ones that troll these forums just to troll will just sign in once for a minute a month and have free reign. the ones that have been waiting may just finally say forget it and move on. i am not saying they will, but sometimes when you are on the edge of moving on and forgetting a game it only takes that one more annoyance.
this looks like a step farther than even tanaka would have done. tanaka would listen to feedback and continue ignoring it himself and throw a fit about it, but seems yoshi just doesn't even want to listen to feedback.

You realise they only block posting, don't you? It's not like inactive players can't still look. And if they have an opinion they want to express that desperately, then it's probably worth reinstalling and briefly logging into the game to do so.the thing alot of people seem to be overlooking is there's thousands of people that have quit the game until they feel it's gotten better. so we are saying those that took a break no longer have the chance to come in and take a look at the forums for a game they are waiting to improve
Anyway, above's Tanaka-bashing aside, I rather like this idea myself. Sure, the effectiveness is questionable, but it'll do some good, however small an amount.

my post wasn't meant as a bash on tanaka at all. i wish he was still in charge myself as i liked the original direction better than the new one. i was just posting the way he is looked at on these forums. i was just stating with as bad as the white knights talked about him and not listening this is even a step beyond what he would do.You realise they only block posting, don't you? Oh.. well, alright then. Sorry, it just seemed to read that way, to me, although I admit I also preferred his direction, however redundant that may be at this point.my post wasn't meant as a bash on tanaka at all. i wish he was still in charge myself as i liked the original direction better than the new one. i was just posting the way he is looked at on these forums. i was just stating with as bad as the white knights talked about him and not listening this is even a step beyond what he would do.
Still, all the same, I don't think it's nearly as bad as you seem to fear. If someone feels their opinion is important enough to throw to the ravages of the forums, then I'm sure they'll also be willing to check in on the game while they're at it. It's hardly as if they're actively censoring negative opinions, after all.

Have you ever "liked" so hard you derped?
As for the "tens of thousands" -- SE doesn't care about who or who is not playing at the moment. As far as they're concerned, we're a bunch of beta testers. Who plays after the "re-launch" is who they're truly interested in.
