Not an issue for me. US account, US shipping, US costs. Doesn't make your harebrained attempt to justify costs any more valid, though.

Neither you nor I know the reasoning behind the larger cost for UK do we? No, we dont....so your harebrained attempt to make it unjustified it is just as invalid.

If only it was simple as that, some people really wanted to get the collectors edition but apparently we have to pay extra for no good reason while other countries actually get reasonable price for it.
