Please fix the Store

We are still working on resolving the issue with the SE store. We are really sorry about this, but your combined adventurer power apparently was simply too strong. Maybe we should give out "I beat the SE store" t-shirts

I can also confirm (again) that other retailers will have the game available for preorder, so please keep an eye on their websites or check with them later in the day.

Again, please accept our sincerest apology.

I'm only speaking for the North America side, but no, the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward Collector's Edition is not a Square Enix Online Store exclusive. However, other retailers will only have it available in limited quantities when compared to the Square Enix Online Store.

Edit: I know Bayhone is only talking on behalf of the NA side to things, but im sure itll apply to the UK/EU side as well!

It may just be the fact that they've not been informed yet, or because SE are offering preorders etc before any other retailers.

If this is the case I really hope that you ship it to all countries instead of pulling the same stunt SE did with the KH2.5 CE.
