Regardless of what we do, DPS counts is still going to be bigger than both healers or tanks.

Making a team of 4 DPS, 1 healer, 1 tank for a low level dungeon? It is STILL going to be about the same queue time, because what matters here isn't the DPS count, it's the tank and healer counts. Look at the bigger picture.

What deters away the tanks and healers from queuing low level roulette isn't just the small reward, it is the mind set that comes with running the dungeon. It's too long, too boring and well, too bland. How many times have you queued as a SCH in low level roulette, end up getting tam-tara for the ten thousandth time (exaggeration), and putting on cleric stance to dps the whole time while Eos is healing?

In order to "fix" this issue, it would be worthwhile to research why some people like to run Titan EX again and again. And why some people can't even stand the idea of doing sastasha, even though it's a lot easier.
