Unless you have a work schedule that changes on a day to day basis so it's impossible for you to know when you will be able to play, there's no excuse for you to not be able to make or join a static.

Ironically, clearing this stuff in duty finder would actually take longer and be more difficult then just doing it with a static group. Random players are incompetent and rarely work together well.

People have real life commitments outside of work that make joining statics difficult.

Just gonna put this out there, there are people in my group that have families and with children of their own, my WOW guild had an average age of around 36 with many with professional jobs and families with multiple children.

It can be done and its all about how you timetable things which is no fault of the game as opposed to personal situation, if this causes them to spend less time with the game, naturally it will mean slower progression but thats the nature of the beast.

Should also note, we run for upto 2 hours 3 times a week and on T13.

2 hours isn't a great deal of time.

Half my old static had kids. They played after the kids' bedtime on weekends.

If you think players are downing turns "by watching Mr Happy" (one of the worst guides currently available) then you're spitting on all the statics who spend days, sometimes WEEKS mastering each mechanic.

i tend to help people out with things like weekly clears. But I put a LOT of time into perfecting my rotation on both tank and DPS. I do think that it will be clear able through DF, but people are going to need nerfs+learning.

Nah but seriously I have a group of friends from my FC which I generally play with and they are more than eight people so flexible roster, once everyone gets t9 down and final coil is added to the DF with no lockout it will be much easier for us to do that endgame content so I can't wait.

Why is it that people think that because they know a few or "half" of their fc that have kids and play and "they" can find time, that everyone should have no problems? Remember the amount of people that you "think" you know with what you think are the same issues does not represent the majority with that issue. Everyone is different. I have 3 kids, they don't even live with me. Does that mean I should have more time because they don't live with me? Does it mean I shouldn't have more time because I'm working all the time to support them? You can never judge someone's life and living challenges based on someone else's life. Too many variables that you don't even know exist between the two. Just look at the fact that people are asking for it to be added to DF, those are the people SE will base it on, not the ones to whom it will not apply. If you don't wan't final coil in DF, then don't df it if its there. problem solved.

Forum posters are considered the noisiest players, not the majority, even your claim has no actual statistical basis, people in the thread used examples and how people in similar positions manage rather then a 1 sided view on it.

One of the main reasons SE didnt put it on DF is due to the failure rate and expected people to actually find people to practice with to do content, coil requires practice with roughly the same people week in and week out.

Titan ex is prob the best example here, the DF had a huge failure rate because people didnt form premade groups at the time to practice it, instead they took the anonymity approach and tried to learn through DF which resulted in a huge block and failure rate.

SE by design does expect people to run with the same people in coil.
