Clearing T5 and T9 in DF is so rare for one simple reason, the mentality to Vote Abandon/Leave after a few wipes. You don't really get a chance to practice when someone calls a Vote Abandon after a few wipes and if it fails, that person will leave, after one person leaves, the rest follow. If people stayed the full timer, people would actually get practice on it and the DF clears for these duties would increase.

There's a very simple solution to that: get rid of most of the instant death mechanics.
