    i think patch 2.55 (2.5 part 2) will put final coil on df since its about the right time to get rid of the lockout by then since after heavensward nobody will do it anymore. so adding it to df BEFORE hv launches is definitly needed anyway since this time its different than with the 2 older coilds because lvl 60 is coming. hopefully the devs have tought about this.

    Nah you are forgetting all the people that won't go to 3.0 at launch. For them fcob will still be relevant when 3.0 hits.
