No. For one thing, lets' look at FFXIV's setting - Eorzea is a pre-Industrial era world who still use sailing ships for oceanic travel. Yes there's the more technologically advanced Garlean Empire, whose mechanical technology is starting to filter out into civilian use in Eorzea, but all we've seen of their vehicles is other than airships they ironically seem to be fond of bipedal robots and not wheeled transport (apart from trains). And this is the kicker - Eorzea has very poor roads, so how would a car or motorcycle be able to drive around? It would get bogged down in mud or sand very very quickly. This is why you have chocobo and animal mounts, they're more well suited to the terrain.

No, cars and motorcycles just simply do not fit in Eorzea I'm sorry to say.

I don't think cars and bikes would be too out of place, I mean if you think about some of the stuff the garleans have. The Magitek armour, their airships, their machines like the vanguards. Then there's the ancient allag technology like ultima and the stuff in the binding coils. And remember we have Cid and the ironworks on our side, Cid being a prodigy amoung the garleans who has now had time studying Allagan technology in the CT storyline. I don't think it would be too farfetched or out of place for him to whip up a 4 person car mount (possibly some kind of tank) or a 2 person motorbike.
