When rolling Need on an item

There wont be another person rolling need later on because there is nobody else who CAN roll need because I am the only ..one.. who.. can ...

Except that this only considers content where there is one of everything...like...4-man dungeons...which...are...not...the...only content...the loot...system works for....

Any loot drops and 2/8 people can roll NEED? If either (or both) of those people roll NEED then there's no point to wait for the other 6 since none of those 6 can win the roll. That's all that's being asked for. If both of the 2 roll GREED or PASS, then you wait for the other 6 because then their choice means something.

Well guess what, that means that there isn't only 1 person who can roll need. In that case it will be a roll off between the 2 people. You're making stuff up to argue against
