I don't understand how people say it's inhibiting their gameplay or making the game "unplayable". It's a minor annoyance at best. Maybe it's just the server I'm on? (excalibur).

flow of spammer harassment.

Experience spam from the "Getting Personal" spammer
who will use your character's name in his spam messages.

Experience near continuous friend request harassment.

Experience revenge-spam if you blacklist them before they spam you.
(identified from their level-1 trash-names after character search)

Either that, or forfeit the use of the /Tell from it's intended
purpose by having to use continuous /busy just to keep the box
clear.
