No Tourny Reward fix?

Quoting this again b/c it's so great! IMO it deserves it's own thread. A player legally making SE look like complete idiots deserves it's own thread...

Not sure why you think making SE look like idiots is a good thing, SE already acknowledged from everyone's feedback that there is a major issue with the tournament system and they said are looking into fixing it for future tournaments. The only good thing you should be doing and everyone else is trying to come up with ideas of how to make it better, not trying to make them look like idiots which is just petty and not helping anyone at this stage.

As far as I've seen, there was like 1 post from them saying 'Yeah, we're looking into it...' w/o any type of real apology. And yes, green-lighting something that lets that youtube exist deserves an apology.

The more noise made about this, the more SE is going to want to shut ppl up.

Almost every single 'this is how I think the tourney should be' is a better idea that what they made. So take your pick...

I don't get paid to make their game. I pay for them to not make laughably poor mechanics in the game.

Your original comment did nothing good, helped no-one, not even SE or the rest of the player base. They already said trying to fix it for future ones...it was like metaphorically you saw an old lady fall down in the street and stood there and laughed saying "stupid old lady". You never even offered any suggestion as to how to fix the situation in the comment so it would be like in previous example you never even said to the old lady to look where shes walking or helped her get back on her feet, you just laughed, pointed and called her stupid. How about you help the rest of us come up with better ideas of making the tournament better for all instead of just calling SE stupid. If you cannot come up with any suggestions then take part and discuss other peoples, helping improve theirs perhaps. SE is going to probably look at these threads and take on board suggestions so maybe put some out there instead of just pointing and laughing a them.

And spare me the 'what have you done to fix this' nonsense. I don't have to be part of fixing it. It's not my job. Sending SE money every month is my job.

Anyways, we have one week to see what SE will do ...which I don't understand why there isn't another 'tourney' this week??? It's not like the game is going to get flooded with MGP and Cards if it's a weekly tourney...

Sounds similar, I think I've read replies like that before. Ah right, when I send a ticket ingame asking for help with a quest bugging/not being available..


I don't think there is anyone that honestly thinks the tournament was well thought out. And there have been a good few suggestions on the forums. (and that is the english forums alone, I imagine there are quite a few more and well thought out idea on the JP forums)
