I love how a 5 man task suddenly takes 15 people to perform

Not attacking your post but simply inverting it to reiterate one of my points. I actually agree it doesn't take all of C (or whoever) to handle chains. But I would think - ideally - that those in C not dealing with chains would continue to either DPS Cerberus, or help with the adds. Again, this is an ideal, not really how things usually go.

Comparing:
-A task that only two people in the entire alliance can do at once
to:
-A task that any number of people in the alliance can do at once
