I don't understand why you're quoting me. I was clearly talking about overworld SB. /thread for what?
There's nothing wrong with SBing in instances if you carry your weight.
I'm saying purely from an efficiency standpoint that it's LESS EFFICIENT to run random dungeons if it's <only> for the sake of SBing.
That is, why spend 45min+ running 3x roulette dungeons, when you can spend like.. 25-35min doing 5x T4, with a higher loot potential.
Material costs will obviously vary per server so I can't generalize cost of crafting i70 vs i90 vs the ~20% difference in conversion rate.

Regarding e verything you just said, I think it's easier to get DF Extreme's in, than a T4 Grind party. I've never queued Duty Finder while solo for T4. I guess you could do that instead of running Extreme's.
