I mean, foes is like a what, 1-2 second cast? You don't drop that much dps by casting it.

Foe's is less than one GCD of animation

Is reading a tooltip really so hard? It's a 3 second cast guys. Seriously if you're just gonna guess on info thats easily looked up then just don't post. Quit spreading misinformation.

In a typical dungeon speed run you put up Foe just before the tank is done rounding everything up. No GCDs lost. Not sure where the concern is.

This, of course, is the right answer.
