    Singing Foe does not lower your dps Slappah, lol
    Having foe up even if just for a sch or whm helps, Ninja's benefit as well.
    It is dependant on group composition, etc.
    If it is half and half (casters, plus melee) and i am the only Bard i may sing foe for half and then turn it off to either regen or use Ballad if i know healers may need mp
