WHMs spamming Holy at MBs / Cities / crafters

I understand that you can do things that reduce your gameplay enjoyment in order to avoid asshats that deliberately try to annoy other players.

Let's all apply this to real life as well! Your neighbor is selling crack next door? Just close the blinds so you can't see it. The neighbor on the other side has his stereo turned up to 11 every night from 12:00 to 3:00 am? Just use ear plugs you wuss!

I once asked politely to stop. We were just two players (very early in the morning).

I told him “hey mate I’m trying to finish this two-star craft (lol RNG sucks) hence I need to stay close to the MB. If you could go and do your spell anywhere else then it would be very smart ty”.

Then for the rest of the day this guy has been tracking me down the streets of the 3 cities shouting : “MORON FOUND : [my character name]”. I reported him to the GM as I did nothing wrong and I had a fake answer “we take all claims against RMT (lol) seriously”. Then I requested to TALK to a GM and a very great guy (GM Fulamseere or something) contacted me IMMEDIATLY and certainly did something afterwards*(for the shouts).

So no I definitely won’t ask one of these guys to stop again; I prefer if the action comes from SE directly. There are too much immature / weird players for who the action must come from the authority.

Thanks for your comment but my game options are fine as they are thank you. I want to enjoy the graphics of the game I paid for.

Ugh. Threads like this annoy me. "I want these effect-spammers to stop effect-spamming, but I don't want to turn off my ability to see or hear the effect-spamming because reasons."

I'm not normally one who says this, but for the love of all things sacred, turn off effects from other players (there are separate options for you, your party members, and other players, just as an FYI), turn off sounds coming from other players (again, there are separate options for you, your party members, and other players), report if you feel you absolutely have to, and just... suck it up. It's like you're trying to find something to complain about.

Then next time someone spits at your face in the streets just use a Kleenex. They have the right to troll you, right?

Stop trying to limit everyone's ability to do things as simple as using abilities in town because you're over sensitive and have a victim complex. Turn off spells effects and move on
Or cut off your man parts and go make a patreon

Just learn to ignore them. Trolls will always find a way to troll, there is no way for SE to prevent people from being an annoyance.
