I understand that you can do things that reduce your gameplay enjoyment in order to avoid asshats that deliberately try to annoy other players.

Let's all apply this to real life as well! Your neighbor is selling crack next door? Just close the blinds so you can't see it. The neighbor on the other side has his stereo turned up to 11 every night from 12:00 to 3:00 am? Just use ear plugs you wuss!

The thing is, this is closer to complaining to a restaurants manager because you can hear the people two tables over laughing every couple minutes than your neighbor selling crack.
