I have very limited time to play everyday
1 Dungon = ALL my playing time. You are right, Dungeons do pay out a very nice amount of lights, but they take too long. Dungeons are the way to go ,if You have TONS of time to play.

I have a very similar problem in real life. I'll explain a little bit first.

I've been a hard worker all my life, and I worked my way up to a decent payscale.
... but my job is very boring.

I'd like my employer to come up with a way that I can work less, and do more enjoyable stuff, like taking days off, but I'd still like the money to be the same without the whole daily grind to bore me and weigh me down.

A very high failure rate? I don't recall ever failing a level 50 dungeon, aside from connection issue related reasons. (And I've done a LOT of dungeons)

Wiping once or twice might happen from time to time, but never not finishing.

I, um, find it hard to believe someone who only has enough time to do one dungeon a day has 4-5 Zodiacs (3 Zodiacs + 2 more almost Zodiacs) made. Assuming you need 5 runs to get a KI for the Zodiac phase and there's 16 KIs per Zodiac, you're looking at a total of 80 days per Zodiac, or close to 400 days (over a year) with the current amount of Zodiacs you have.

This is not including light farms, Alex farming, Atmas, Animus / FATE camping, anything..

The DPS wait time I can see, but this? Not true at all. Dungeons do not have a very high rate of failure in DF at all. Like, at all. When you queue for a dungeon, 9/10 you will complete it with at most one wipe depending.

Now, they do take too long per light gain vs how much time you have to spend waiting for them on dps but to say that you fail in it often makes me wonder about other things instead.

See, now, this would work if SE paid us to play the game. Alas, it does not. In real life, my job can be boring but I still get something out of it in terms of value. In this game, you pay money to be bored at times.

Well, if all you have is 20-30 minutes a day to play and you spend all of that grinding primals, it's no wonder you're burnt out. I'm curious as to how someone with so little time to play is working on their 4th+ zodiac, though...

Correct. I main Bard, but I also have a Scholar Nexus on a different character, as well as the Excalibur Zeta.
As far as your patience goes, I honestly don't see the fuss. Yes, the windows may be fixed with Primals/Turn 4. But since you're going above and beyond with (4-6) relics(?), you're probably burned out. Take a small break, a day or two, and come back fresh. That's what I did when I was getting them, although I just raided when I was extremely bored with farming.

Yes. I've tanked. I'm usually a patient one, though. Full time student here, so I try to manage my time with raid, work, and this. It sucks, but trust me I know how you feel. Again, you probably are just burnt out~.

I work full time and go to school apart time now. I've finished: Smn is at Zeta stage, Bard has two or one left before Zeta, the other two, scholar is at zodiac stage with 3 zetas to finish before Zeta ( see my blog) and my dragoon is now light farming and I will take to zodiac since I've farmed most the the parts and mats already, most were after nerfs) I don't have much time anymore. (no ones fault) All in All, I have most of jobs at least at the atma stage: Whm is still stuck on book 1 and Monk (atma) I'll never pick back up again. This anwer your question? Anyone who knows me , knows I'm Hard working.
