The content in this game currently cannot keep people busy for years. If you freeze the game right now and put someone down in it, they will "complete" the basics of it within a few months. Hell, I had two 50's within a month and I still had a full time job and did things in my evening. The relic will delay you but unless you're hunkering down and doing multiple of them, it is still a game that can only occupy someone for a few months. Unless they are super casual that they can only play like twice a week for an hour or so.
