I think the Lightning card should just be a rare card so people can actually complete the collection, the tournament prize should be like one of those shiny gold type cards you sometimes get in pokemon cards, that way you can feel special for winning it.

The tournament prize for Triple Triad will likely ALWAYS be a card. Considering what info we have at the moment, chances are the prize cards for TT tournaments currently are just Lightning, Firion and Cecil. I'd be utterly shocked if this didn't mean the cards will simply rotate and return as prizes in future tournaments. So you've got nothing to worry about. If you don't win it this round, you'll win it next time.

Are we looking at different sources for the card stats, cuz the one Im looking at has her at L=A, R=A. Up=9, D=7.

In Android: Netrunner LCG (and other cards games from Flight Fantasy Games) the tournament prize cards have the same stats of normal cards but with a alternate art.

I think this a good idea for TT prizes (a card with same stats but with a exclusive art).

The World Champion also receive the right to develop a new card for the game.

I was thinking they should use a special border or maybe a shimmering hologram effect, but alternate art works as well. Maybe even slap the tournament season on the edge of it, so we know WHEN the card was acquired. Nothing screams "collectable" like special variants.

How about hosting a triple triad event at one of their fan fests, and the winner of THAT tournament becomes an npc we can duel for a chance at non-limited versions of old tournament cards?

I know the Lightning card will be for a player that gets top spot in tournament. But I would like to request, and have a possible solution, for the tournament cards to not be kept exclusively to the tournament forever with no way for any other players to ever get in their collection.

I asked you repeatedly the same question. To simply answer why you thought the standard procedure of nerfing content as new content is released would not apply here. That's unfortunate then. I didn't data mine so the sites need to figure out who is right. I'm a consumer of the tools not a creator.
