Going beyond Level 50.

I enjoy the leveling process, so I'll probably try to stretch it out as long as possible. I'll likely do one level or two on my main, paladin, then do ten levels of Machinist a level or two for armored and miner, and then start the loop again until all of my main classes are at the new cap.

Well Bard is my main so that's definitely getting to max.
I may also max SCH and NIN. I feel like I need -some- tank class at max so I may do PLD.

The only other ones I have/want to get to fifty are WHM and BLM. I really have no interest in any other job, so if I level them at all it will be for cross-class. I mean, I have a lot of time on my hands, but for example, I just don't like PGL or LNC at all....ugh.

My first will be get to 60 SMN, PLD and BRD - and then EVERYTHING ELSE.... °_°;;;;
Right now I'm trying to get all my classes to 50, so when the new cap comes I will just have 10 levels to do for each and.... well the 3 new jobs form lvl 1 u.u;;;;

First I want to level all the new jobs to 50, while level all DoL/DoH to 60.

After that, level every class/job to 60.

I'm going to get my main (SCH) and off (BLM) to 50, depending on whether or not I like tanking enough to replace the BLM with PLD/WAR as my off-class. Then, after I complete main story and get all settled into the new endgame, I'll level Machinist and then Astrologian. :3 Then everything else.

I will probably level my summoner to 60 and after that I don't really know, I am gonna be so overwhelemd with options

Thats assuming present dungeons will give any xp for post 50 ^_^. They may just turn it off to prevent that and to focus players into the new content for the new level cap. Also would be VERY surprised if they design levelling dungeons like previous ones which allowed for first room clears.

My hope, which probs wont happen, is repeatable dynamic quests for second jobs to level up alongside dungeons, dynamic meaning there are variables so that each time you repeat them on another job they are different.

On topic: MNK first plus any other classes that allow croos class abilites, then probs SCH on alt. New classes will organise with FC so we can make a full party for dungeons made of the new jobs. But things may change when it finally lands XD

It gets cumbersome when you have to level to 34 and up for an ability.

Working as intended, one of the major selling points for ffxiv is the ability to level every class on a single character. That's SE's way of encouraging us to do so.

@TC I'll just level DRK all the way to 60, and then WAR, plan on making DRK my new main anyway.

Depends on what is required. If levels 51-60 act exactly like 1-50, then I'll take everything to 60. If the leveling process requires something like Chocobo levels 11-20, then I doubt I will.
