Why? Because Balmung is locked down 24 hours a day 7 days a a week. I tried at 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, and it never opens. If you feel the server shouldn't have new players, then that's fine, keep the restriction, but don't put that restriction on players who are already on the server. Let us make our alts!
What the heck, you already have 6(!!) characters on this server, and want to create ANOTHER one? And you're complaining about how the server is locked 24/7??
