    There are some things that require more attention then others I think. I've reported so many cheating players and they don't reply, although if you see someone harrassing someone/a group or people or yourself as well as offensive names to report they respond almost immediately!

    I think because the error was on their end they wanted to make sure your fears were laid to rest and so they contacted asap.

    Maybe because we are sending English tickets to a Japanese server :/

    IDK I have sent GM tickets before about the item recovery policy previously but all are template replies.
