Looks like they've improved on the GM responsiveness. Back in 2.0 you could send a ticket and weeks would pass and you finally get a cut-n-pasted response in the ticket interface that basically sums to "Ticket has been read, 2013-12-15" after you've actually forgotten about it.

There are some things that require more attention then others I think. I've reported so many cheating players and they don't reply, although if you see someone harrassing someone/a group or people or yourself as well as offensive names to report they respond almost immediately!

I think because the error was on their end they wanted to make sure your fears were laid to rest and so they contacted asap.

Maybe because we are sending English tickets to a Japanese server :/

IDK I have sent GM tickets before about the item recovery policy previously but all are template replies.
