    Personally I like it how it is. I can get people to votekick me so I can change jobs after someone ragequits.

    If someone left (aka you havent got a full party anymore) you can just leave wthout eating a penalty - so no need to votekick. So if the system would be changed in a way that a player who got votekicked cant join that group again that wouldnt apply - so, yes, please change the system that way... the group got rid of someone for a reason (hopefully a decent and good one, but it wouldnt be a pleasant run anyways if someone comes back into agroup that just kicked him...)

    So asking for a votekick seems never suitable to me - and if someones asking me to votekick I simply tell him "no" - either he wants to play, than he might go on or he dont want to - than he might eat the penalty. Reporting such guys is the best you can do (specially in this case... whining about the dps-setup...)
