Why should only people who do FcoB be the only ones aloud to have ilvl 130 gear? For those who have not unlocked the content or have a GROUP to do it, being limited in what you can and cant have is terrible and turns you away from the game. Again why should only a minority of people who do a tiny bit of the end game content be aloud to gain the highest level in gear?
