Duty finder queue seems broken.

You don't get kicked to the bottom, you're at the top of the queue after the failed commence.

While its true that you are not getting kicked to the bottom, its also not true that you stay at the top of the queue.
Or how would you explain that sometimes DPS have to wait 5 or 10 minutes again after someone did not accept?
Sometimes my friend (tank) and me (healer) try to queue up at the same time for trial roulette, so we both get into the same group, but it happens alot that someone doesnt accept and my friend gets a insta invite again, and i have to wait 3 more minutes to get me an invite again.

In WoW this system works perfectly fine, but here you get ripped off your group pretty often if someone declined.
