Duty finder queue seems broken.

Also the old issue of getting pushed back to the bottom of queue after a failed commence. The people who clicked commence should stay in the same queue and the duty finder should just find replacements to the persons who did not click commence. As it is now you can be queueing as solo for minutes after a failed commence.

You don't get kicked to the bottom, you're at the top of the queue after the failed commence. If it worked that way, dps queues would be godawful.

Other partial groups can start up while you are waiting, and after the failed commence these partial groups can take away your healer/tank. It definitely should be done differently, though.

While its true that you are not getting kicked to the bottom, its also not true that you stay at the top of the queue.
Or how would you explain that sometimes DPS have to wait 5 or 10 minutes again after someone did not accept?
Sometimes my friend (tank) and me (healer) try to queue up at the same time for trial roulette, so we both get into the same group, but it happens alot that someone doesnt accept and my friend gets a insta invite again, and i have to wait 3 more minutes to get me an invite again.

In WoW this system works perfectly fine, but here you get ripped off your group pretty often if someone declined.

The queues can definitely break. it's risky, of course, but sometimes dropping out and re-queuing is much faster.
