    You have 24 people. Unless you have a mass DC you should easily be able to complete the dungeon even 1 or 2 people down sice this is a supposed emergency scenario after all and not the norm so presumably you're losing only a few people when this happens. You don't need all 3 tanks, and I've seen healers frequently solo heal their whole team so I don't even think you need every healer and every tank. If you are unable to complete it with 1 or 2 people missing out of 24 then quite honestly the queue problem isn't your main issue. This is relatively short low difficulty content that most players handily out gear already. At what point does 1 or 2 players become a make it or break it scenario? Cause I don't see it.

    Also, no need to get snarky just because I disagree with you. My response was with the full knowledge of the original post. My comment about DCs was in 4 man content where losing 1 person is 25% of your players. Not 24 man content where 1 person is 4.2% of the players. A significant difference in effect to the party and therefore possible completion of the content.

    You're arguing the same principle, though. If they add the ability to pull from DF for a premade 4 person, they could just as easily add it for an 8 or 24 man.

    Also, notice i used the word outage. A lot of FCs have members that tend to live in the same place. Thus, if there's an outage in in area where, say, 4 people live, you just lost 1/6th of your raid that you're not getting back. And if two of those are tanks or healers, you are going to have a VERY hard time with WoD. And that's not even factoring in this part:
    we do a weekly full Free Company 24 man ( Alliance) world of darkness run to teach new members and help people learn it as well if people havent got the clear during the week due to work etc.
    If you have a new tank, and one of the others DCs, you're in trouble. Specifically, Cerberus and at least one of the add phases become that much more difficult.
    ONE person doesn't make or break a WoD raid. But once you lose about 2-4 people, especially if they're key roles, you start to notice the difference.
    And yes, this CAN and HAS happened before.
