we do a weekly full Free Company 24 man ( Alliance) world of darkness run to teach new members and help people learn it as well if people havent got the clear during the week due to work etc.

The problem is if people have to leave due to emergency or dc during the fight and cant get back online there is no open to start seeking new members like you do with duty finder groups.

SE can you please make it so this is possible.
