How much do they give, and what rank is your group?
Added a few low rank Camps pages today.
20-25 Iron Coblyns @ Nanawa Mines (spawn too slowly to continue after 25 for sure)
20-28 Cellar Puks @ Nanawa Mines (extended level range as suggested by Vedis somewhat, though I think 30+ is pushing it)

Now that the format is pretty much set, will be updating daily with more camps.
EDIT: What is everyone's favorite grinding spot for the later teens? Someone said the Yarzon camp suggested by Xoo isn't worthwhile.

Xoo im sorry but seriously i gotta say this
you wanted solid feedback from me, i gave it, and you are STILL complaining?
and fyi, someone figured out where my camp is, maybe they will be willing to share it(and his response during his guess about it kinda clues me in to why no one else is using it)
also, why be at a camp past 39 when there are other camps, very very very simple
the "other" camps you can go to SUCK SUCK SUCK
if i can get more sp at 40-45 from an ixali camp why would i even start to think about going to a higher camp?
its very simple math when you look at some of it(granted, i wouldnt use an ixali camp probly, but the fact still remains)
also, you stating what you think is good for respawns is wrong imo, thats why i made the comments i did, you asked for feedback, i gave you feedback, please dont complain that it contradicts you

[20-24] Cellar Puks @ Nanawa Mines (Full PT).
this camp can be used til low 30s, theres no reason to use a full party for them either
OP Information negated. No alternative camp given. Unjustified information.
[25-30] Antling Diggers @ Copperbell Mines 2F (Full PT).
you would think these are a good idea, but they arent, they give less sp then most anything else in the same range, and for needing a full party vs 4 people for going into the dungeon, it really is a less apetitizing camp
OP Information negated. No alternative camp given. Unjustified information.
[30-39] Young Raptors @ Camp Iron Lake (27,11) & (27,9) (Full PT).¹
you do not want to take a full party here, and you will run out of mobs quickly if you do, youll even run out quick without a full party, take note this camp is being slightly overused on some servers right now so people are almost alayways usualy already there
OP Information negated. OP Edit negated. No alternative suggested.
[30-32] Nightblade Assassins @ Halatali Cave Entrance (41,31) (Light PT).
good luck pulling 1 at a time! they are cluttered
[30-39] Antling Diggers @ Halatali Southeast and Southwest (Full PT).
i tried this, and let me just say its a horrible camp, they link very easily and give crappy sp compared to other camps
[33-39] Venomtongue Assassins @ Halatali Cave Entrance (39,29) (Light PT).
another fun cluster of mobs thats hard to pull solo without links
Absolutely horrible excuses not to camp at these places. No alternative given.
[33-39] Ixali Fencers @ Camp Emerald Moss Ixali Fortress (Light PT).
you can take these to 45, but beware, camp can barely support a single party 4 of, or even a duo, you will run out of mobs
OP Information negated. I was able to clear this camp solo as R43 Archer. No alternative given.
[37-39] Venomtongue Assassins @ Halatali Cave Entrance (44,25) (Light PT).
another bad cluster of mobs
Another bad reason not to go here. No alternative given.
[44-49] Grass Raptors @ Camp Dragonhead > Boulder Downs (Full PT).
you do not need a full party for this, also i dont recomend going at 44, more like 46+ to be safer, or having people in the party be on average at the higher ranks
OP Information negated. Light PT of R44 to 46 had little to no trouble.
[49-50] Grass Raptors @ Camp Ever Lakes (Full PT).
this is a horrible camp, the raptors are higher level then the others, and even close to 50 you will have issues with it, theres no reason to choose this camp over the other except that the other camp is used alot, and the dungeon is better
Higher ranks make it horrible? What issues?
In summation, you gave only 2 instances of useful information, with Toto-Rak being a given because I haven't used it for SP purposes yet. By this point, I really want you to put forth your own list of grind camps, as I have been all over Eorzea as well, and I would like to see how much they actually differ and compare. Ah, but we can't have that, so nevermind.![]()
At this point, Xoo, I don't think you should personally respond to anything Vedis posts. Vedis has finally started contributing more than criticism to the thread and continually posting like you are will only get the thread locked again.
My group tried out a camp we found listed somewhere, 28-35 Ravenous Billygoats near Camp Broken Water. It's really safe, boring grinding. With just a couple of people above 30 in the party of ~4, we were running out of goats often and losing TP. Not a camp I'd really recommend unless you are out of other options.

I'm not posting in response to try and provoke at all. I'm trying to evoke useful information from Foxbat because he knows something I don't. It doesn't really matter to me if the thread gets locked, as I know everything that's in this guide and the thread has been alive long enough to get it spread throughout the community.
Grinding on mobs with less than a 150 SP base modifier is next to pointless, honestly. Here's a chart that will tell you which mobs to grind:
http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/104...-SP-quot-Chart
So far, the info there is solid. 150SP modifier will grant the largest possible SP per mob until the high 40s, when they turn to 200SP, and it's significant (even with a difference of 50) over parties and bonuses.
Only places I've found that are worth a damn are (generally these are for light/full parties - sorry specific locations are not noted, I'll be happy to provide the exact locs if requested):
20-25 : Gnats in northwest Mun Tuy (Yes, 100 SP modifier but you don't get the beefy 150 till about rank 25)
20-25 : Soldiers in southeast Cassiopeia (again, 100 SP modifier, see above)
25-30 : Wights in Mun Tuy (this area is ideal, you can switch from the Gnats right over to the wights when you level - this is when 150 modifier starts to kick in, and this area is largely unpopulated)
25-30 : Cursed Eyes (Arhiman) in east Nanawa (150 base SP - I'd go with Wights personally since this area is highly camped on my server)
30-35 : Black Efts in Tam Tara (west side) it's a less dangerous alternative than Nine Ivies at these tender levels. You'll need a full group, you can level a bit off of the Hogs as well with a 100 modifier)
33-39 : Black Efts near Nine Ivies (there are four camps, and they are relatively dangerous if you are not in a full party or have a proficient puller, but the XP is insane from mixing in Buzzard 100SP spawns with the kills. You can come here at 30ish but the adds etc make it a bit more dangerous than Tam Tara)
36-41 : Blind Efts near Treespeak (The respawn is nice, it's a relatively safe spot, and you can kill the occasional Ixali spawn. Taking this to 41 might be a push, but we simply dwindle down from a full to light or less party around the high 30s)
40-45 : Basilisks in Mor Dhona (tough to get the teleport at this level, but worth it. These guys are in the 50s and have 150 SP base - I'll get more detailed info on their full name and loc if requested since some basilisks here will eat your lunch)
43-50 : Raptors in The Black Shroud or Cortheras (Again, I'll give exact names and locs if it's requested since not all are ideal)
Solid groups in the high 40s can probably move to some of the Drakes etc., we haven't tried it, but the base SP goes up to 200 for some of those guys.
Everything listed above is 150SP or higher unless noted otherwise. FYI 150 base provides the neighborhood of 400 total SP per kill for a full party. How fast you can do these depends on your group build, so I haven't noted SP/hr, but these are the best mobs in the game for the most SP from what I've discovered. My LS doesn't even waste our time on the others since these are so efficient.
Also look on Yellow Gremlin for exact levels and locs on some of these. I'll provide more info on specific camps if it's asked for. Also, in some cases I didn't "cut off" the grinding at a strict 10 levels because they can still be worth the time for their modifiers even when you break the 10+.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We haven't tried beastmen camps yet. The camps I've listed have been better than leves thus far.

Just got done partying on Ixali Fencers @ Camp Glory Ixali Fortress in the lower 30s. I'm sure it's a well-known camp, but it's absolutely fabulous.
Thanks for the info!Valhinjin's post

FFXIV Camps

hopefully when we have an actual handful of fun dungeons to run for all level brackets then stationary monotonous grind parties wont be the standard in leveling in this game. stationary monotonous grind parties should be just another equal option to level IMO.
15 abilities each? what is this... Kindergarten?A jack of all trades WHM... what is this 1989?
