Should Cleric Stance be disabled during Dungeons and Raids?

If the healer DPSs more than actual healing, should probably just kick them anyway. Shouldn't blame the skill, but the player.

Though, I find it pathetic that there are people who are so incompetent as dps they need their healers to dps. Really guys?

You know what I find pathetic ? That most of the White Mages don't know/don't care about the following:

A healer's job is to prevent and heal damage. Holy for White Mages has a stun component attached to it. You can cast 3 Holy before mobs get Stun Immunity. There, you did damage AND prevented damage. Huzzah!
