What are you smoking? No one cares about being ranked in dungeons they have to farm over and over again. They're just speed running for zodiac/tomes, ergo ranks don't mean jack squat. And how the heck do you get scored? Kills? Heals? Not dying?

Pretty much. In dungeons, speed is everything so whatever Rank System you would introduced would mean nothing and in raids, there is always at least a person running a parser so again, irrelevant. Let's not forget the fact that it would be a convoluted mess to decide on which metric each roles would be ranked on.
