All speculation, no proof atm. So no reason to jump the gun at all. There is no real proof that is a DRK, it could be a stunt for just that picture, but what I can prove is that is definitely the Burtgang model being used, whether it's a reskin I can't say, since I have no info. about DRK weapons.

There is literally nothing to speculate other than whether the sword was used solely as a promo stunt or that it's legit proof DRKs will be able to use one-handers. That is literally the DRK battle idle pose. I just gave you a screenshot from the Heavensward trailer that shows that is the exact same bloody pose. There is nothing speculative there whatsoever. The sword issue, yes, the pose? Not speculative at all. That Lalafell is a DRK.

Are you legitimately blind? It's the exact same pose. I don't have to work for SE to see that is clearly a DRK job being presented, regardless of what that sword is. At this point no one even cares about whether DRKs can use one-handers or not (though personally it'd make sense to me, but anyway), it's just the fact that you are denying that a DRK is being shown, with the exact same pose shown in the DRK showoff, simply because the sword happens to be a one-hander.

Please, there is no need for "proof" it's a DRK. That is a DRK pose. PLDs cannot go into a pose like that at all, not even with a frame-by-frame FRAPS editing. I have been unsheathing my sword for a good few minutes now, watching myself go into my /cpose. The movement of the body and the positions it goes into are nowhere close to that pose. That is legitimately the DRK battle idle. Please stop acting as if it's not clearly a DRK just because of that bloody sword it's using good god.

1.) no need to personally attack me over something extremely trivial, especially since that is considered against the ToS on the forums. 2.) I'm not the one getting so wrapped up in this lil' debate. Again you keep typing, but fail to provide actual proof except the part about the actual pose. I said I concede on that notion, but you seem to have a difficult time getting passed me not believing you and wanting actual proof. 3.) It is just pure speculation, again I have not seen anything to indicate that is a DRK sword, it is for sure the Burtgang model, nothing more or less till more information is out.

I'm done debating, since you seem to be stuck on this for some odd reason.

It wasn't a personal attack, it was a legitimate question of whether your eyes are working correctly. Regardless of that sword model, that is clearly a DRK being presented. After all, SE is hyping up Heavensward as much as they can with teases, why wouldn't they include a DRK or other new jobs in promo images for things like this now? The burtang issue may be as someone a few posts back described, where it's a reskinned DRK sword to look like Burtang, or hell it may even be the fact they can use one-handers, who knows. I'm not arguing that point, as that is up for debate at this point.

What is not up for debate though, is the fact that is clearly a DRK being shown. What more proof do you need other than the fact that pose is only available to DRKs? Which I clearly gave from the DRK showoff screenshot from the trailers. If you seriously need more proof than that just to realize that Lalafell is a DRK, regardless of any weirdness SE may be doing with the sword issue, then I feel like you're just arguing against it for the sake of arguing - something you seem quick to accuse me of despite me being the one who is not even debating the sword issue.
