Crafting state/statuses should be preserved upon disconnect/queue-entrance.

Everything pertaining to you should be suspended.

I hate having not to craft anything beyond quick-synth's simply because I want to queue as a DPS for something. Or that I feel forced to play on the Job I queued up as when I want to go into outer-world combat.

So many times, a queue is dropped forcibly because I can't switch back to the correct Job in time (areas like Natalan/Sapsa make it near impossible to leave combat in time).

Queue acceptance time *really* does need to go up to 60 seconds while we're at it. I was so sad when they said they wouldn't increase the time.

A lot of rigs can't even load larger maps in 45 seconds... I've had queues cancel because a loading screen wouldn't end in time.

Makes me afraid to even zone during a queue.

Oh, and while I'm on this rant...

It frustrates me so much that I'm unable to mine when a dungeon pops.

If you're in the middle of mining a node, you have to stop entirely even.

There's too many things in this game that inhibit you from acting or doing what you wanna do...

Can't queue FL with friends unless they're in the same GC; can't glamour tanky looking gear on a mage but a tank can glamour on magey looking gear; can't have a house if there are no vacant lots; can't garden if others are using the plots; can't use your Chocobo during a queue.

SE, please, if you read this: change your policy to "more freedom, more fun".

Yoshi P, I know this' your baby & I respect that, but I think you could adopt a little more of a "just say yes to fun" policy!

And I mean zero disrespect, I have all the love for you & this game. Also, all the wonderful work the staff & GM's have put in!
