At least the ninja remembered to put poisons on, this issue of poison getting removed each time you leave duty since 2.5(I don't wanna call it a bug since I'm not sure if it's an intentional thing or not) launched, 9/10 ninjas I group with (myself included from time to time) spend a good portion of the instance without poisons on because they're not used to having to keep thinking about it. But yeah, I agree with Canadane, if there's an issue, you should address it between wipes rather than just keep going over and over again with the problem persisting

It was a bug, and has been addressed in the recent maint. thankfully
