Yeah, that was taken way back in September 2013, when Thunder could be cross-classed by ACN/SMN and CNJ/WHM - it was removed as a cross-class ability (becoming THM/BLM only) in the 2.1 patch in December 2013 and replaced as cross-classable with Blizzard II. So that shows you how old that screenshot is.
