If he kept pulling early you all could have stepped out of the barrier and let him die.

If he was verbally harassing, you could have blacklisted or ignored him.

In-game tools, use them.

1. You can't blacklist while in a raid.

2. Kinda hard to do that when half the raid is already there, but the other half suddenly shouts. We engage and think everyone is there due to the ready check going off.

Which is why I said ignore in the event you can't BL.

That would be a valid excuse if it was a first time thing but you claim he's consistently pulling early. The raid should be able to comprehend what's going on ironically if intelligent, back out, and let him die.
