    when you modify relic stats you are given the a copy of the original 75/75 scroll you turned in. You modify it accordingly and the stats will change proportionally when turning your scroll in for Nexus or Zodiac.

    I modified my warrior zodiac last week.

    thanks for the info. It won't be worth trying to max it then. materia's price is just way too high and I have to meld my accessories.
